Asset & Contribution Acceptance Criteria

Criteria establishes the institutional process for proposed funds, property, assets and other contributions. It explains the forms of value that may be presented, the appropriate transfer pathway, the evidence required, and the verification and authorized-acceptance controls that apply before any asset is treated as received by Saint Tremayne. Documents are generated from the confirmed transaction—not from the label selected on the first screen.

Asset & Contribution Acceptance Criteria

01

Funds & Financial Transfers

Cash-equivalent support and other permitted financial transfers may be presented through an authorized payment or transfer method. Receipt, settlement, contributor identity, source information when required, restrictions and reconciliation must be verified before final contribution records are released.

02

Land & Real Property

Residential property, commercial property, land and other real-estate interests may be proposed for review. Ownership, title, legal description, liens and encumbrances, taxes, restrictions, environmental or condition information when applicable, valuation support, authority to transfer and recipient suitability must be reviewed before acceptance.

03

Tangible & In-Kind Assets

Vehicles, equipment, technology, furnishings, building materials, supplies and other useful property may be proposed. Ownership or control, identity of the asset, condition, restrictions, liens, supporting evidence, transfer method and institutional usefulness are reviewed before acceptance.

04

Business, Financial & Intangible Interests

Business interests, securities or financial interests where legally permitted, intellectual property, contractual rights and similar assets require transaction-specific review of ownership, authority, restrictions, governing documents, transferability, applicable compliance requirements and suitability before an authorized recipient entity may accept them.

05

Recipient & Transfer Path

Review determines the appropriate proposed recipient—such as the applicable private holdings/benefits corporation or trust—based on governing authority, asset character, restrictions and transaction documents. A website submission does not itself transfer title or establish acceptance.

06

Verification Standard

Supporting records may include identity and authority evidence, title or ownership records, statements, contracts, appraisals or valuation support when appropriate, lien or encumbrance information, and other transaction-specific evidence. Authenticity, legal transferability and acceptance authority are reviewed before final disposition.

07

Financial Contribution

Receipt, contribution acknowledgment and thank-you message.

08

Corporate Sponsorship

Executed sponsorship agreement, payment record and thank-you message.
