Submission, verification, transfer and acceptance are separate events. Major contributions, institutional sponsorships, assets and private-investment inquiries may require direct assistance.
Identify the contributor, proposed asset or funds, intended purpose and transaction type; determine the records and review path that apply.
Review evidence that the submitting party owns or controls the asset or funds and has authority to make the proposed transfer.
Review title or ownership records, restrictions, liens or encumbrances, condition, valuation support when applicable, legitimacy, compliance considerations and other evidence required for the asset class.
Confirm that the interest can lawfully be transferred and determine which authorized Saint Tremayne corporation or trust, if any, is an appropriate recipient under its governing authority and the proposed transaction documents.
Acceptance occurs only after required diligence is complete and an authorized decision is documented. Submission, upload, proposed value, payment initiation or verification alone does not constitute acceptance.
After authorized acceptance, complete the applicable transfer, settlement, title, assignment or delivery process and issue only the records appropriate to the completed transaction.
